The essence of Oaxaca's love, nature's passion, ancestral craftsmanship, and the aroma of the land are distilled in every drop of mezcal that swirls in the glass.

Ever since we fell for mezcal we refused to over explain the reasons. Actually, there were no reasons, no sexy backstory, only the impulse to “mezcalize” ourselves. (If you haven’t felt it, you will).
No reasons, only muses: the greatness of maguey and the ageless aesthetics of Art Deco sophistication as promoted by Porfirio Díaz.
And then there’s the musing over origins: rusticity, extreme conditions, even pain; how small batch distillers outsmarted three centuries of colonial prohibition by refining clandestine recipes from one generation to the next.
Born in the very heart of Mezcal country, Matatlán, Oaxaca, The Santiago Family practices this unbroken tradition in each bottle of Delirio. They instill their feisty yet delicate character. (You’ll get it when you drink it).

Mezcal Agua Bendita is made from a blend of two types of agave, Espadín and Madrecuixe. This combination gives it a unique and special flavor. With its floral and fruity aromas that make it refreshing and smooth in personality, it has a sweet, floral taste with light hints of vanilla.
In its two presentations, this mezcal is recognized by connoisseurs. The Agua Bendita 38° is smooth and pleasant, ideal on its own or for mixology, while the Agua Bendita 45° retains its sweet notes but embodies the strength of a robust mezcal.

Urakan represents all the ancestral knowledge and expertise of our master mezcaleros from Oaxaca, creating a mezcal that is smooth yet full of flavor and elegance, perfect for enjoying on its own or in the preparation of all kinds of cocktails.

With its two presentations, catering to simple or strong tastes, Urakan ensures that mezcal crosses borders and reaches every palate.
