MIXOLOGY

Mezcal is an alcoholic beverage extracted from agave plants. It has been produced for many centuries and is traditional in Mexico. The name comes from the Nahuatl “mexcalli”, which means “cooked maguey”. In addition to being part of many classic cocktail drinks and recognizable throughout the world, mezcal has different flavors, smoky, sweet and fruity.
